We hope to welcome you in the Euskalduna Conference Centre, Bilbao. But for all delegates who cannot join in Bilbao we would like to offer a Plenary livestream. What is included in the Plenary livestream:

  • Only watching the plenary room will be included in the live stream (plenary sessions and other sessions taking place in the plenary room in the Euskalduna Conference Centre, Bilbao). 
  • You can ask questions via the chat in the livestream.
  • All speakers and chairs are invited to be live on stage in Bilbao. 
  • In the week prior to the meeting, you will receive a link to enter the livestream.

We are pleased to announce that the YECMM dinner party will take place at Happy River at 19:30 on Saturday, September 20. It is located near the old city of Bilbao, which makes it the perfect place to spend this great evening with your colleagues.

Congress dinner on Sunday 21 September

The congress dinner will be held on Sunday, September 21st, in the Gugenheim Museum. It is scheduled to start around 9:30 PM, and the exact timing will be communicated later.

The private guided tour will start around 20:30 and end at 21:30 hrs (before the dinner begins). The exact timing will be communicated later.
The tour accommodates a maximum of 200 people, divided into 20 groups of 20 participants each.

Terms and Conditions
Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Cancellations made before 1 June 2025 will be refunded less 30 % to cover administration costs. After this date no refunds will be given. All refunds will be made after the congress.
