Cancellation terms
Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Cancellations made before 15 June 2024 will be refunded less 30% to cover administration costs. After this date, the registration is binding and no refunds will be given. However, a name change can be made at no cost. Please note: any travel and accommodation expenses made by you with parties outside Congress Care are not eligible for a refund.
