If your written cancellation is received before April 3, 2026, a refund will be made after a deduction of 30% administration costs. After this date, your registration is binding, and the costs are due in full. Transferring your registration to a colleague is still an option. Please contact the conference secretariat for this. Please note: you are not eligible for a refund for any travel and accommodation expenses you make with parties outside Congress Care.
