Congress registration

Please check the IAGG 2026 congress website for additional information about the registration fees. All registration fees include 21% Dutch VAT. 

  • Face2Face registration fee: The registration fee includes admission to the meeting, a welcome reception (drinks and appetisers included), and all coffee breaks. Please note: lunch is at your own cost!
  • Online registration fee: The congress can be attended online. All plenary sessions, along with selected parallel programme presentations, will be live-streamed and recorded.
  • (Phd) Student:  A student is a person who is officially enrolled in an educational program at a school, college, or university. The term refers to individuals who are pursuing their studies at different levels, such as secondary school, undergraduate, master’s, or doctoral (PhD). A student attends classes, follows a curriculum, completes assignments and examinations, and works toward earning a diploma or degree. 
  • Emerging Economy Rate: Emerging Economy Rate is applied to individuals from low-income and lower-middle-income economies according to the World Bank. Listing available at the website of the World Bank.
  • One day  registration fee: The registration fee is only applicable for face2face participation.

Terms and Conditions
Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Cancellations made before 1 May 2026 will be refunded less 30 % to cover administration costs. After this date no refunds will be given. All refunds will be made after the congress. A name change can be made at no cost, please send an e-mail to the congress secretariat IAGG2026@congresscare.com
