*Student rates apply to those enrolled for a higher degree. Student registration forms must be accompanied by a signed letter from your head of department attesting to student status. This can be uploaded during registration or emailed to effost@congresscare.com to support your registration. 

 

**Academic rates apply to those with a full-time position in a non-commercial institute.

Cancellation information
If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Please provide written notice latest October 28, 2026 by e-mail to effost@congresscare.com

If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify effost@congresscare.com immediately. Provided written notice is received by 15 September 2026, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by 6 October 2026, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after 6 October 2026, or for no-shows at the conference, there will be no refund.
