Summary of your registration

Terms and Conditions
If your written cancellation is received before August 1, 2025, a refund will be issued, minus a €35 administration fee. After this date, your registration is binding, and the full amount is due. However, transferring your registration to a colleague is still possible. Please contact the congress secretariat for further arrangements.

Payment


You can pay online using a credit card (Mastercard, Visa, or American Express) or via iDEAL. Upon confirmation, you will receive a proof of payment.

Please note: After completing your payment, wait until you are redirected to the registration module's thank-you page. Only then will your registration be complete and final. If you close your browser too early, any data you have entered will be lost.

You will receive a confirmation within 30 minutes; if you do not receive it, please contact the congress secretariat at registrations@congresscare.com.
