Terms and Conditions
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Cancellations made before 1 May 2023 will be refunded less 30% to cover administration costs. After this date, the registration is binding and no refunds will be given. However, a replacement can be registered upon request. Please contact the congress secretariat in that case.
