Join us for an evening of networking, refreshments, and entertainment as we kick off this exciting event. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet fellow participants, exchange ideas, and kick off the congress.

Join us on Thursday 1 October at 17:00-19:00 at Stadhuis Rotterdam for the Welcome reception (accessible for all delegates and exhibitors).

Congress Dinner

Details will be announced in a few weeks, but we’re excited to share that this year’s congress dinner will take place in Rotterdam as well. Expect a delicious walking dinner followed by a festive evening at a stylish venue close to the conference location.
It will be the perfect opportunity to relax, network, and celebrate together after an inspiring scientific conference day! More information is coming soon.

Terms and Conditions
Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Cancellations made before 1 June 2026 will be refunded, minus 30%, to cover administration costs. After this date no refunds will be given. All refunds will be made after the congress.
