Please indicate below whether you are a healthcare professional: independently authorised to prescribe or dispense prescription medicines (physician / specialised nurse registered with a qualification in the RIZIV register, (hospital) pharmacist) according to the Mdeon regulation.

Additional Conditions for Non-Healthcare Professionals
You have indicated that you are not authorised to prescribe, for which enhanced measures apply during the symposium. 
The Post-ASCO Meeting 2026 includes product advertising in the sponsor area, which is not accessible to non-prescribing participants.
As a result, certain exceptions apply within the day programme:

  • You will be given a badge with a red mark during the meeting.
  • You may attend the scientific programme like all other participants.
  • You are kindly requested not to enter the sponsor exhibition area.
  • During breaks and lunch, you may use the foyer on the ground floor and network with colleagues. 
  • For further information or questions, please contact the registration desk onsite.

Dietary requirements

If your allergy or dietary requirement is not listed, you can submit it via registrations@congresscare.com. 

Please note: For registrations made after 8 November 2026, we cannot guarantee that on-site catering will be able to accommodate all possible allergies or dietary requirements.
