Summary

Cancellation policy
Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the congress secretariat. Cancellations made before 1 March 2025 will be refunded less 30% to cover administration costs. After this date no refunds will be given. All refunds will be made after the congress.

Payment

If you close the browser too early, the previously entered data will be lost! You will receive a confirmation within 30 minutes; if you have not received the confirmation, please contact the congress secretariat at registrations@congresscare.com.
