Summary of registration

Terms and Conditions
Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the congress secretariat. Cancellations made before 2 March 2026 will be refunded less 30% to cover administration costs. After this date no refunds will be given. All refunds will be made after the congress.

You will be redirected to a secure payment page. You can make an online payment using a credit card (Mastercard, Visa, or American Express) or via iDEAL. You will receive a payment receipt along with your confirmation.

Please note: Wait until you have been redirected back to the registration module, after the payment has been made. Only then will your registration be completed and final! If you close the browser too early, the data you have already entered will be lost! You will receive a confirmation within 30 minutes; if you have not received it, please contact the conference secretariat at registrations@congresscare.com.
