Summary

Terms and Conditions
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Cancellations made before 1 September 2025 will be refunded, less 30% to cover administration costs. After this date, the registration is binding and no refunds will be given. However, a replacement can be registered upon request. Please contact the congress secretariat in that case (registrations@congresscare.com). Please note: any travel and accommodation expenses you make with parties outside Congress Care are not eligible for a refund (this includes all hotel reservations)
