Terms and Conditions
Written cancellations received before Friday January 2nd, 2026 will be refunded minus EUR 35 administration costs. After this date your registration is binding and the costs are due in full. Transferring your registration to a colleague is still an option. Please contact the conference secretariat for this.

Payment

You will be redirected to a secure payment page. You can make an online payment using a credit card (Mastercard, Visa, or American Express) or via iDEAL. You will receive a payment receipt along with your confirmation.

Please note: Wait until you have been redirected back to the registration module, after the payment has been made. Only then will your registration be completed and final! If you close the browser too early, the data you have already entered will be lost! You will receive a confirmation within 30 minutes; if you have not received it, please contact the conference secretariat at registrations@congresscare.com.
